Try to power cycle the printer Ii.e., power off and on).Verify whether machine has power (check fan, LED). Verify if fan is running. If fan is not running, replace LVPS (Low voltage power supply. Part # 40X5409.For further assistance please contact Lexmark
Based on your description I would assume this has something to do with the Transfer belt, where in the cleaning blade of the belt is already worn or defective.
You may need to replace the printers transfer belt unit.

My suggestion is better to send it to the computer repair shop, their might a possible damage parts on the printer. Better to ask an actual technical person to prevent any further damage. Just a thought hope it helps thanks.
Please try reseat power cable. If this does not resolve the issue, you may need to replace the LVPS ( Low voltage power supply) on your printer.

Unplug the power adapter from the printer. The power adapter is the black box behind the printer where the power cord is attached. Leave the other end of the power cord attached to the power outlet. Bypass any surge device or power strip, plug the power cord straight to the power outlet in the wall. Properly secure the power cord in the power adapter. There should be green LED light on on the power adapter. Plug the power adapter back in the printer. Make sure it's plugged in securely and in the correct position. If it won't power on automatically, press the power button. If that doesn't help, it may be a hardware problem. If that's the case, I suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support to further investigate the problem.
