Question about Uniden Cordless phone EXS9950
My friend lost her husband last year. It is his voice on the voice mail greeting and she wants to record it somehow to be able to save it. Would a digital audio recorder work do you think?
Hi, I did the same thing last year when I lost dad. I tried several ways but this is what worked best. I used an Olympus audio recorder which connects to PC via USB. Hold recorder about 8" away from phone, record the message. Then transfer to PC. I then used Wavepad to clean up the message and triple the volume, then saved it as a WAV. Now I have it forever & it's very clear. Good luck, I know how important this is. If you need further clarification feel free to ask.
If this helps you plz rate it 'fixya' for me. Thank you kindly.
