Was your unit tested when you bought it from the shop? If you have the receipt of the unit, please go back to shop and inquire from them what is the best thing to do. It is your right besides the unit has a warrantly for 1 year, isn't it? Don't be shy to ask them because it is your right as customer. Thank you.

Pebble ringer inop

Does it have a speakerphone function, does that work? It would seem that the second speaker is malfunctioning. There is usually seperate speakers for the earpeice and for the rigner/speakerphone. You could open the phone and make sure the speaker is sitting correctly, it could have rotated off it's contacts. But you may have to replace the speaker, possible found on eBay.

The ringer is silent

Possible that the speaker has worn out and so does not ring. Try and check the ringer settings after opening menu , settings and tones.
If the ringer volume is kept at the highest without any sound then the speaker could have failed. Check to confirm the circuit trigger with the ******** set instead and if this works the ringer needs a replacement.

Bold 9000 only rings through the ear piece when it is connect. Does ring when disconnected to ear piece. When ear piece is not in my ear, I can not hear the phone ring.

Hi, what makes it when disconnected to ear piece. When ear piece is not in my ear, you can not hear the phone ring is because the ringer of the phone that makes you know when there is an incoming call on your cell phone or a message alert tone on your cell phone is damaged and does not work and makes sound to notify you .

The ringer is a tiny speaker inside the cell phone that allows you to hear incoming call from your cell phone You will need to replace the ringer inside the cell phone ....

When you replace with another ringer (speaker inside the cell phone),phone will be Ok again.

Would advice that you contact an expert in phone repairs for asistance, that will do you good to prevent more damaged on the phone...

Take care.....

i BELIEVE there is a setting I think in either your ringer volume or in your sounds or tones (sorry I cant be more specific but its been a ling time since I had a phone that even came with that option) that will give an option of ascending ring which it sounds like to me it is set to this you need to change that

I can't hear any sound. And instead of ringing it vibrate.Even I've try to listen song but nothing is happening.

Hi there

First go to your ringer settings to check if the volume is not too low or turned off.

The problem is from your RINGER/SPEAKER,

The ringer/speaker is what brings out sound from your mobile phone when you are called, you receive a text message or you are playing music.

The ringer of your phone is faulty and you need to get a repairer to replace it for you to solve this problem

I have N73 and its very powerful in sound but I am struggling to hear the caller

you have 2 speakers. 1 ear speaker for calls and 2nd one for ringer, MP3, loudspeaker etc. Make sure your ear speaker volume is all the way up, nothing in the way ( dirt - make up - metal shavings etc ). If all is good have your ear speaker replaced.
