We have a Canon C3100/C3100N Color Copier at my job and we have different account numbers to count the number of copies of each account. Is there a way to print a report stating how many copies were made on specific days. Can you help? Thank you in advance.
To Print out the Department ID Print totals: 1. Select Additional Functions on the Control Panel. 2. Select System Settings. 3. Department ID Management. 4. Select On 5. Select Print TotalsPage Totals. 6. Print List.

Hello, How many copies do You have? ( press 123 button ) If You have over 150 000 copies, probably you need to change the Bk developer unit. It can't be changed only the developer, but the whole unit.
This is quite expensive copier for maintenance. If the time comes for Bk developer unit it means that you will soon have to replace Y, C and M developer unit. Also when did you last time replaced the drum unit?
Be sure to post back the copy counter, for detailed instrunctions...
Regarding color adjustment, before that you need to clean the copy optics ( glass beneath and cis sensor ), then in user mode ( asterix key ) under copy settings find color adjustment and perform it. It's like 5 sheets, beeing printed one by one and which you need to scann over copy glass, but in most cases it doesn't helps...
If You want service manual you can write on firstname.lastname@example.org
Your in the copiers IP address into your web browser and go to address book and delete address , you can also add address's here. If you do not know IP address, go to machine, touch additional functions, system settings, network settings, tcp/ip, IP and write down #.
So I take it that you are sharing email accounts with your photocopier otherwise you would not be trying to look at what you've sent? You will not be able to see the doc because it has sent it straight through your server and only using your account for access. There's no problem if the reciever can read the doc. I hope I've helped.
