Question about Lands Phones
Hi and welcome to Fixya,
It is likely that the keypad itself is faulty. If so, what is required is to open the unit and clean the contacts, otherwise a replacement keypad maybe required if not the whole handset. If you are comfortable and familiar working with electronic components & circuitry, then a DIY (do-it-yourself) would serve the purpose. Otherwise you may need to seek the services of an electronics technician. Should you factor in the cost of repair, the downtime and all other efforts involved, you may want to re-evaluate your options and simple consider a replacement handset if not the whole system/pair.
Good luck and thank you for using FixYa.
