I currently own the Brother Personal Fax-190 fax machine. This thermal fax has been great to me in the past, however I was interested in upgrading. My problem is I can go up to 1 year without receiving a fax. I got it mainly for sending faxes.
I was interested in getting the Brother 560 personal fax machine, but had a question about the ink cartridge. As I mentioned before I can go up to a year without receiving a fax. How long will the ink cartridge in the 560 fax machine last without receiving faxes before it dries up? Also if I order the replacement cartridge, how many pages can I produce with this? For someone who does not receive a great amount of faxes, will it be worth the money to get this new machine, or just purchase a Brother copy machine?
Why not just receive the FAX to your computer, and print it to your printer? There are a myriad of software programs to send and receive FAXes out there.
