How to solve the error: Atention: close all covers, while all covers are closed. for HP bussiness Inkjet 2800 Thanks.
It apparently thinks one of the plastic covers is open so I would check to see if the part on the doors that contacts the sensor is broken or damaged.

HP Business Inkjet 2800 Printer is displaying *********** in the panel window. It does not go past and does not print.
Discovered bad capacitor on pc board 680uf 6.3 volts. Look for one with the top expanded up. I had the same issue, one $.14 caps later, all is well.

Error message on HP 2800 business inkjet, message reads 1% ink left on brand new cartridge
Hello,

View the user manual here. http://bizsupport2.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00449611/c00449611.pdf

go to page 60 and follow the instructions for replacing the ink cartridge, remember to have the printer on when you do.

Then go to page 62 and allign the print head automaticly following the instructions it gives.

This will re-callibrate the ink level on the printer and should read correctly for you.
