Question about Kyocera FS-9520DN Laser Printer

Replace Toner hi, In dispaly its showing Replace toner. i changed a new original toner kit provided by Kyocera. Its working only two days after that it showing same error.Its produce a sound like tak tak.................

    for this problem ichange the bypass drive belt which comes in back side of the printer then its working fine .

Remove, shake well and re-install. It may have a broken auger inside the cart.

can find any code connected with Kyocera mita machines by changing the machine and the error code in the appropriate drop down menus. C710 is identified as:
Description Toner sensor problem
• The sensor output voltage is outside the range of 0.5 to 4.5 V during toner control.
• The toner sensor control voltage cannot be set within the setting range when maintenance item U130 is run. Causes Defective toner sensor. Poor contact of the toner sensor connector terminals. Developer problem.

In your question you mention "Compatible KP23153 Black Toner Cartridge 106153" and that led me to wonder if the compatible cartridge is the cause of your C710 error since that is toner related.
Might be worth trying an original cartridge to see if the error goes away.

I had a jam, upon clearing the jam, the printer will hang with the motor turning, and the display saing 'adding toner'. I changed the (new) toner, for a brand new one. Still message will not go away.


Leave the machine working to see the next message of Adding Toner. Usually the next message of "Adding Toner" is "Ready to Copy".
If the next message is "Add Toner", i suggest you to pull the new toner kit out and push it a little bit harder and check again.
If you power the machine off and on again, can you see what the message about toner is, Original or Unknown Toner is installed?

What do i do if u replace new toner and the message replace toner does go


Check the toner sensor under the processing unit (PU).
Remove the PU and you will see in the front left side, inside the machine, a black sensor (a black part with cross screw on it and a spring underneath it. There is a possibility that sensor to be dirty or damaged.
An important question is... is the toner original or compatible with appropriate chip (toner id)?

You can't. The toner levels are calculated and approximated. Make sure you use genuine Kyocera toner and replace it.

Replace the chip, is a chip cartridge problem.

if not work try this:

31 Defective toner cartridge or missing cartridge
1. Verify that the toner cartridge and PC kit are correctly installed.
2.Wait 10-20 seconds for the printer to verify the units.
3. Replace the toner cartridge or PC kit if necessary.

Kyocera FS-C5030N Led Printer My printer ran out of the blue (cyan) toner so I replaced the cartage carefully following are the cleaning steps like I've done successfully before with the other colors....


You need to reset the toner counter. This is done through the Menu button and selecting Life Counters. The instructions on how to do this are found in the Advanced Operators Guide on page 2-75. The link below will take you to the manufacture's website where you can download it.

Resetting the Toner Counter

The toner containers must be replaced when the printer displays the Low toner or Replace toner message which will be given depending on the color of toner. The Low toner message will be shown as a pre-warning that the toner is running out and the printer will soon stop, at that time showing Replace toner. If you replace the toner container before Replace toner is displayed, you must manually reset the toner counter as explained below. Note that if you reset the toner counter before the toner container is replaced, the subsequent toner warnings will not be indicated correctly.

I have a Kyocera FS-2000D i've installed a new toner kit, but the printer is stuck on saying "please wait" adding toner.


Turn of the printer unplug and then turn back on.

Was the toner you installed a Kyocera toner or a after market toner? If it was an after market toner that could be your issue.

Hi 
The AP message indicates thet the dev is so low in toner that the machine has to go into a full cycle mode to get the toner levels up.
The error code is telling you that one cycle is not enough. you will have to turn the copier off/on and cycle it at least one more time....more if neccessary

PanaFax UF-780 toner error.


If you mean a 788, there are moveable tabs on the front top of the cartridge that trip switches. Move them around.

Several companies have their own brand names on Panafax's. Their toner won't work. Kyocera must be kyocera Toner, Canon must be Canon toner, etc.
