You could try backing everything up and doing a master reset, but back
everything up first (its so important I said it twice). to do master
reset just dial *#7370# and accept. after the master reset you can
restore your files by restoring it from the back up.
take the battery and SIM out, wait 15 seconds, put everything back in and power on. Check to see if functionality is restored. If you have tried this and it does not work you may have phone software problem. In this case you may need a new phone or some phone manufactures do have a way to master reset your phone by quickly entering a sequence while the phone powers on. Every phone is different you may need to contact your service provider for help.
My Xda Zinc displays no network service all the time. I already tried changing sims but none of them has network signal. i tried the soft and hard resets but still doesnt work. I cannot call, txt and even received messages. need your advise. pls. help.

phone is locked and you don’t know the password, you can try resetting the
phone. Resetting the phone will erase everything on your phone, if you agree to
reset it please follow the steps below:
Please remove the sim card on
Place the battery back in
without the sim card.
Enter *2627*3855#, wait until
you see “Insert Sim” message, then place the sim card back in. Hope this
will work, but if not the phone needs reflash.
You could try formatting it. It completely resets your phone memory to factory default. Turn your phone off. Then hold the following keys WHILE it's turning back on: (3 + * + green call key). Be aware that it will delete anything that is saved on the phone memory though. Let me know how it goes.
