Make sure you're TV is set to either the main RF input or the AUX or 2nd RF input. If you are trying to auto program the TV in any of the video modes, input1,2,3 or component1,2, HDMI, etc. you cannot access this function.

The language was changed from english to spanish. how do i change it back to english.

Hi,

Please try accessing the Setup Guide (Gu?a de instalaci?n) from the application list to take you thru the process of setting up the phone. You can skip other steps but choose English when you reach the language settings.

Otherwise, go to Settings (
configuraci?n) --> Language & Keyboard (Idioma y Teclado) --> Select Language (Seleccione Idioma) and then choose ENGLISH.

Hope this helps. If so, please vote.

Where did you buy your Netbook?
What language or locality have you chosen for your system?
US keyboards have @ on the shift 2 key
Various other keyboards have " for shift 2 - these include various European and Latin American layouts. You need to specify a locale that matches your hardware.

You will have to disconnect the TV from the AC outlet for a few seconds(10-20) then reconnect the TV and press power. You should get the start up menu after you get a picture. What you have to do is use the vol up/dn , chnl up/dn keys to select the autoprogram setting after chosing from cable or antenna signal. the enter key should be one of the DVD keys either play or stop or some other key, you'll have to experiment a little with it. There is an owners manual available at retrevo.com in case you need it, but I am posting a brief description stated in the manual on how to do this. S10Scan atomic clock model 87310 time is 4;pm should be 10:am

Hi

Time zone setting
Language Setting
The weekdays can be displayed in LCD1 with the pre-set languages: US English, French and Spanish.
1. Set the desired language for the weekday display in LCD 2 by use of the + key.
2. Press the SET key to enter the mode “Manual Time Setting”.
Manual Time Setting
In case the Skyscan Atomic Clock is not able to detect the WWVB-signal (disturbances, transmitting distance, etc.), the time can be manually set. The clock will then work as a normal Quartz clock.
Note:
In 12 hours mode the time will be displayed with an additional “PM” for the time from 12:00 noon until 11:59.
1. The hour digits will start flashing on LCD1. Set the desired hours by pressing the +key followed by pressing the SET key.
2. Now the minute digits will start flashing. Set the desired minutes by pressing the +key . If the + key is held, the units will increase by 5.
3. Press the SET key to move to the “Year Setting”.
Note:
The unit will still try and receive the signal every day despite it being manually set. When it does receive the signal, it will change the manually set time into the received time. During reception attempts the WWVB tower icon will flash. If reception has been unsuccessful, then the WWVB tower icon will not appear but reception will still be attempted the following hour.
WWVB time reception takes place from 12:00 am through 6:00 am each day (attempts WWVB reception every full hour within this time frame). When the time signal is received for example at 1:00 am, the Skyscan Atomic Clock will not attempt to receive the WWVB signal for the remaining hours until 6:00 am. Therefore, the next signal attempt will take place between 12:00 am and 6:00 am the next day. The other times WWVB reception takes place, are upon setup and after manual time set exiting mode. Reception is generally not possible during daylight hours due to the interference of the sun.

for more details see user manual...

Thank you

RCA TV won't change channels

Your set uses the 195 series chassis and you have something set wrong in your guide plus. Go into the TV's menu and do a complete set-up. Take the remote and press MENU, then "8" to enter setup, then press "1" for "begin setup now" and then press "1" for English, and so on. You must enter "set up guide plus+", then press OK on the remote to choose "setup", select "USA", enter your zip code, and then if you choose "yes" for "do you have cable?" you MUST then choose "no" for "do you have a cable box" If you choose "yes" for that choice, your tuner will lock on one channel no matter what channel you try entering. After choosing "no" for "do you have a cable box", choose "no" for "do you have a VCR?", exit the guide plus menu and then skip the rest of the steps by pressing "2", and then exit the main menu by pressing "0". Your channels will then work normally.
