Question about Motorola Mobility MOTOMING A1200 Smartphone
I did a software update to my phone and 3 or 4 days later went to turn un the b/t and i keep getting the failed msg. i master reset / master clear every thing. is there a way to roll back the update. or is tht even the prob?
It seems that the firmware is corrupted, so you need to reflash your phone... i used this link to explain the details
NOTE: if you click on a link for the files you need and in the address bar you see a bunch of asterix, replace it with www.motorolafans.com/
one word of advice though, stay on the H2 track as long as your phone is an A1200 and not an A1200E or any other version...
the flash i used which fixed the bluetooth problem and a bunch ot others was .08P generic and i have a pure A1200 (dont worry, you'd find out what that means on the site)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
