SOURCE: Back Left Burner clicks

Hi!

Please use a blower or hair dryer and blow out any moisture on the back burner knob. This happens when moisture enters the knob area. Moisture shorts the connections and thus, its clicking continuosly.
Also, check for the electrical connections.

The switch for the optional grill attachment is activating...pull the tray/pan on the left side that holds the two burner grates toward the front...it should shut off. To correct the problem permanently, you'll need to adjust the position of the switch. The switch gets lose over time and slides on its mount until it gets out of range. The purpose of the switch is to activate the blower continuously when using the optional grill accessory. When you remove the left-side grates and the tray/pan the grates set in...you'll notice a protruding piece of metal on the front of tray/pan that fits into a hole in the cavity where the tray sits. Inside that hole is the switch that is out of position. Getting at the switch to adjust its position is not difficult, but you need to remove the upper front panel...KLS

I have a Jenn Air S160 stove and the burners stopped working. Is there a reset button? The grill does work on one side but the burners do not. Thanks, Pam

Try switching the grill to the other side if it works the ceramic burner is bad replace the ceramic burner. burners and grill coils unplug when you pull them out. The left one pulls out from the front the right one pulls put from the rear. you can enterchange the burners on either side.

Exhaust fan comes on when burner turned on

The left side is set for your grill. There is apparently a switch under the left side top / front of the cooktop. The aeration tray has a prong on one end that fits into a hole in the front end of the burner basin and activates the switch which stops the fan from coming on when using the burners and allows the fan to run when using the grill. Try switching sides with the aeration trays as one might make better contact than the other.
