Question about HP Business InkJet 2800 Printer
I CHANGED ALL THE CARTRIDGES AS ADVISED BY YOUR TECH. What a huge expense to find out this DID nothing!. I suppose now you will advise me to change all the printer heads to the tune of another $100 plus. I would have like a ''right'' response in the first place. perhaps some can tell me the ''real'' problem.
I have pics of this problem
cold reset on the printer with only the power cable connected. By doing so, the printer settings will default to factory settings. Please note that after a cold reset the printer settings will default to factory settings and you may have to re-configure all the settings.
Press and hold the Return and Select buttons, then press Power button to turn on the printer.
