This indicates that the picture is being recorded. Do not turn the camera off or remove the memory card while this is flashing.

How do I download driver for panasonic lumix DMC FS35 ?

Do you really need a driver?

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

Some pictures flash up briefly and then state file error when I'm looking through my pictures, althoughthe file error ones are fine when I upload them to my pc. The memory card has been formatted. ...

This can happen if you accidentally dropped your camera or the memory got corrupted for some other reason. The image viewer in most cameras are quite rudimentary and can't handle partially corrupted files. You can't do much about it. But after you format the card AGAIN, then the problem will stop occurring.

Casio Exilim Z-9: Upload pictures from internal memory?

Don't think you really need to use the software do you? I think you can simply plug in the usb port and browse to "my computer", it should show up as a "removable device" in the dialog window, or may call it "Casio" or similar. Open it and browse to the pictures folder, and "copy, "paste" to your hard drive, but I'm only guessing...hope it helps :)
