Question about GE Washing Machines
A fuse blew mid cycle. We fixed the fuse and the power appeared to come back on (the lights came on) but it is not operating. We've tried different cycles, but no luck. Sometimes it will start to work (for about a second) and then stop again. It does that about every 5 minutes or so.
Inspect your motor. It maybe going thermal cutoff. Overheating this will pop the C/B. The motor will run for awhile until it heats up. When the motor colds down it may work for a few minutes.

I don't think it is any other board, I believe the CCU (central control unit)
has gone bad as it keeps on stopping mid cycle. If it was the Motor Control
Board (MCU) then the washer motor should have been causing problems (which isn't
the case) so replacement of CCU will be a great option. Please get back to me
if you have any other questions.
