Question about Frigidaire GLTF1670A Front Load Washer
First remove the top of the unit by taking out the 4 screws at the back of the machine. After the screws are removed, push the top foreward and lift it off. Next, remove all of the screws on the back of the machine and remove the rear cover. The belt should be infront of you now. If your belt is broken or worn, go buy a new one. Put the belt in the grooves of the motor pulley first. Hold the belt onto the pulley while you use the other hand to start the belt onto the wash tub pulley. Slowly rotate the large tub pully and feed the belt on fron the motor pulley. There will be a fair amount of pressure and this is normal. Keep turning the large pulley until the belt slips on fully. Spin the large pulley a few rotations to make sure the belt is centred and is in the proper grooves of the motor pulley. Now replace the back cover and top in the reverse order.

Hello Philip, I appreciate your inquiry!
Based off the information you have provided you need help with replacing the belt on your Frigidaire laundry center. In order to access the pulley you would need to disassemble the laundry center. I would recommend seeking assistance from a professional technician for proper disassembly of your laundry center. Incorrect disassembly could cause personal harm or future issues within the laundry center. Best of luck! -Matt

Thank you for your post, Amanda II!
Based off the information you have provided you need assistance in taking off your belt on your Frigidaire dryer. I was unable to locate any instructions on how to remove the belt or replace it. This is not a simple DIY job. I would recommend having a professional technician come out and disassemble your dryer for proper installation of the belt. They will have the appropriate tools to taking apart your dryer. I hope this is helpful to some degree. -Matt
