It depends on the model number .

a lamp is relatively inexpensive and is a breeze to install

I would Google the model number for the correct bulb and you can get a prety good deal

If not ask me for the number and I can get it for you
I just need the model number

    That number is not correct
that appears to be a light engine number

Please give me the model number of the tv and I will provide you with the correct numbers

    Thanks
    Tom

I have a 60" Sony

Hi,
It seems lamp/ bulb popped again, check lamp inside tv.
If tv does not show red blinking light then it would be lamp that knocked off, replace lamp in tv to fix its problem, please buy Sony original lamp for good picture in tv.
Let me know if you have additional question.
Thanks.

No picture and buzzing sound on Sony XBR Wega

Is the bulb light flashing ? - Sony's bulb light is very accurate in telling you if the bulb is bad. The buzzing sound could be from the balist trying to strike the lamp. You also may want to open the lamp door and see if the bulb is shattered.
