Sony walkman NWZ-E400F series(I own one), support:

Windows media player 9 = .wmv
Some kind of AVI format
Some kind of MP4 format
and I think one other, it should be in the manual on the software that came with the device

I don't no what video files that are supported?

Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is an incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a format that your MP3 player uses. After video conversion then copy the video files to your MP3 player using the USB cable from your computer. I have a trio t3000. can i down load utube videos on it?

Yes. You'll need a video downloader program (ex. DownloadHelper) to download the .FLV youtube video file itself. The T3000 can play older version .FLV files... most newer youtube videos will probably not work because they are the newer version. If you go to machspeed.com (trio's website) you can get a video to .AVI converter for one of their other players (nothing online for the T3000) if you convert the .FLV video to .AVI using one of MachSpeed's AVI converters (for a similar product) should allow the converted videos to play fine. I have the same model, T3000... Hope this helps - good luck!
