If it has spark and your sure of that, check for water/condensation in fuel tank,you could even have algae growing,yes (algae) in fuels and they will plug the fuel line,filter,nozzle,etc.

My pro 110 when i plug it in the fan motor will not turn and kicks out.could the rotor be bad ?

Don, the heater you describe typically utilizes either a split-phase motor or possibly a PSC motor. Both are reasonably low starting torque and have permanently lubricated sleeve bearings that wear out over time or no longer receive lubrication from the bearing wick. The result is a motor that can no longer overcome the drag of the worn or dry bearings due to the lack of starting torque.

A long shot is IF it is a PSC motor, it COULD have a bad run capacitor causing motor stall. But that's surely a long shot requiring a little more in depth technical troubleshooting requiring either a digital capacitor tester or an analog multimeter to determine.

Heater will not ignite when plugged in fan will run it trys to light i think its not getting any fuel to light when fan stops heater shows E 1 on the gauge

The heater has a photocell & control board. The safety system is not allowing the heater to run because ALL systems are not functioning properly. The control board shuts the heater down after 5 seconds if the system is not operating at 100%. Most of the time the problem is a simple adjustment, but don't adjust anything without knowing EXACTLY what you are doing.

Suggestion- If you are going to do a DIY repair then send ReddyParts.com an email, request troubleshooting tips for the HSI type heater. Be sure to send correct model of your heater. Without the correct model you may not get a reply.

You don't give your model, so I can only assume that you have one of the TA Models.
C2=high voltage.

My reddy heater 70,000 btu. kerosene & diesel fuel run for 5 seconds then stop & fupped a smoke i put new diesel fuel still the same kindly help me to solve the problem and highly appriciate it.

Assuming the "electronic safety shutdown system" is operating properly, the system is shutting the heater down becausr the control board/photocell don't like what is being seen inside the combustion chamber. That is what they are supposed to do if there is water, trash, an air leak, a vacuum leak, a broken ignitor, a worn nozzle, etc.

Your job, as the troubleshooter, is to find out why the flame is not correct. Read the tips below:

My heater is a.pro 155 it worked fine all last year but I got it out of my storage area for use this winter. It will start an run for about 15 seconds and trips the reset on the unit. What would make this...

First, locate the true model of the heater. Pro 155 only designates a series of heaters. It does not designate the actual model or technology used.

The reset (Safety Device) is the system's safety shut off. If everything is in perfect operating form the photocell looks into the chamber for a flame. If the flame goes out (flame-out), the the photocell sends a signal to the reset and the heater shuts down.

You must troubleshoot to find out whether your problem is a fuel delivery problem or an electronics problem.

My first look would be to look into the eye of the photocell for an insect or nest of some sort. Next check the fuel tank for water or debris that may be restricting the fuel flow and causing a flame-out.
