Question about Philips GoGear SA3245/37 Digital Media Player
I just got the mp3 player brand new and now when i turn it on it says upgrading with a bar under it. it goes one square and then shuts off and it started doing that after the first time i tried to put music on it using windows media player.
can you use windows media player gor it or does it have to be the software?
You can definitely use Windows Media Player - in fact, it is the reccomended program.
From your description, it sounds like you might have turned your mp3 player on before fully charging it. Let it charge for 3-4 hours before adding music or doing anything else. The "updating" message will eventually go away as long as you don't unplug the player from the computer before it finishes updating. If you do unplug the player from the PC while it is updating, you will effectively destroy your GoGear.
