Mp10 portable dvd player need a parental code low battery.

Dear Sir/Madame:
Have a MPIO portable dvd player & typed in the parental code when the battery was low. Now require the parental code to fix it, so it works again, & can watch the DVD's.
Also, mislaid my instruction booklet, Please will you kindly assist
me so that my DVD player will be working again.
