Question about Comdial 8024-S Impact 24-Line Phone
I am trying to figure out how to call forward to an outside line with a Comdial Impact system. I see a way to call forward to another extension, but I am trying to call forward to an external number. Perhaps after so many rings. Any help appreciated.
I do use CFOS, but to get it working, I did have to do some system programming. You have to turn on the master CFOS enable system parameter, and you have to assign a button for the station to be a CFOS feature button in the Station programming screen. The outside number to which calls will be forwarded is also assigned on the same screen... I've never found a way to set the number from the station itself.

The only way to fix it without your vendor getting envolved is to try to reboot your voicemail server/phone switch(depending on the model of your system it can be inside of your switch or separate computer).
