Re: TV News Story help!
I went to FixYa for one of my tech problems and love it, I now enjoy getting answers for free for many different things I'm not sure about!
Now I'm feeling good about myself because I joined the FixYa team and am giving help to many people.
One example is this.....
Someone asked where they could find a 5 day +- abortion pill and well I couldn't bear the thought of someone regretting this some day so I directed them to Planned Parenthoods' Confidential Web Page for Unwanted Pregnancy @ http://www.plannedparenthood.org/health-topics/pregnancy/pregnant-now-what-4253.htm
I'm not making a lot of money right now but I am using my mind, am reading better but MOST IMPORTANTLY "I'm Helping Others and Getting Answers for things that I just couldn't get answers to before!" .

This is a problem that has to do with the speaker of the phone(not your loudspeaker but the small one). It is probably broken and as a result, there is no way you can hear your callers. One way to confirm this is for you to put your call on loudspeaker when it comes in and you have picked it, if you can hear your caller then you are sure that the smaller speaker is faulty. Also, you can try to use a very compatible earpiece or headset and see if you can hear your callers. If this happens to be the case there is only one way you can get this to work and that is by sending it to a qualified repairer as the phone requires serious expertise so as not to damage it an further. hope this solution helped solve your problem? please comment for more information and thank you for using the fixya.com website
I'm sorry to hear you are not receiving your telephone calls. As I understand your quesiton, you say all incoming calls go directly to voice mail.
I do not have experience with your make or model but I want to try to help you solve this trouble.
I have had several cellular phones that offered a feature called "Answering Machine". When set in "Answering Machine" mode, I could not receive incoming calls. All incoming calls went directly to my voice mail. I learned this when I inadvertently set my phone to use this feature. I turned it off and I started to receive phone calls again immediately.
I can't say this will solve your problem, but I hope it leads you to a solution. I know how frustrating it can be when you depend upon your cellular telephone and it doesn't do as you expect.
I hope this is the answer that fixes your situation. You may have to call your service provider for a resolution.
I don't know how much technical skill you have, but I had the same problem and the warrenty had expired. I thought it might be a battery problem. To make a long story short I unpluged the internal battery and pluged it back in and the system came on.
