I've been using three units pretty heavily over the last 2 years. Some disc brands do transport better than others - Taiyo Yuden work well, but are more expensive than other brands. I have been using mostly Imation #17304 CD-Rs and they work great!
Three other issues I have dealt with from heavy use that have affected how discs do not drop through the singulator - the singulator arm needs to be re-adjusted, the singulator springs need replacement or the servo motor needs replacement. I contacted Microboards directly for parts and instructions on how to do the maintenance. The servicing can be rather tricky, so if you don't have experience with electro-mechanics, you should consider having it serviced through the seller or directly through Microboards.

We have the same problem...and this is what we have found:
The brand of media is VERY important! We have found only two types of media that do not give us any problems.
1. Tiayo Yuden
2. Philips CR7M5JU00/17 CD-R's
(We are using the Philips since they are usually quite a bit cheaper)
If you take the back cover off, there is also an adjustment screw under the CD drive, but, I would recommend using the media above and you should not have to make any adjustments.

We have a pf2 and pf3 in use and the type of disc seems to be very important to the pf2. TY discs, whether cd or dvd "never" hang up. Basically all the brands have hung up on us. Some brands seem to have much more static and pressure sticking. We've tried to unstack media to change the order and even tried some spray silicone from a distance (not advised) to eliminate the hang ups. Changing to TY discs fixed us.
We also had problems with the date code on the color cartridge. If it is out of date it will mess with you as well. Change the date on your computer a couple of years into the future and you may also find less problems.
