How do you set up Brookstone AutoTune900 cordless headphones to my TV

You might have to fine tune the headphones. Look for a small wheel on either ear part. Also make sure you have the headphone base connected to the audio OUT on the TV.

The set will need to be properly diagnosed to narrow down the problem. You could be looking at a bad inverter, bad CCFL lamp, fault in power supply or main board.

Just looking for a solution to audio sync myself! I have hr598D and a new 50PX9500 plasma. Works fine as stand alone tv. Bluray and dvd seem ok maybe slightly out but playing tv and recorded stuff through the set the audio is miles out. Very frustrating. Hope someone has a solution.
Cheers.

No sound on some channels, other channels fine

Your SAP/MTS function is most likely turned on. This feature has 3 modes: Stereo, Mono and SAP. Stereo and Mono are easy to understand, it's the SAP that can get you. SAP stands for Second Audio Production. It is used to provide weather, information or an additional language translation of a program. Some broadcasters simply transmit the mono audio over the SAP audio channel when the are not using it for other purposes. Other broadcasters simply do not use it, which does not give you any audio. Look on your remote for a SAP or MTS button. If you do not see one, look in your TV user menu for this feature. If you are using a cable box, look in the audio menu of the cable box. You are looking for something set to SAP... just change it to STEREO. I hope this was helpful.

I have an audio problem with my TX-SR502.

If your remote also controls the Cable Box you might want to look at its audio settings. Maybe you muted it.

BTW: it would be a good idea to also run video and analog audio from the cable box directly to the TV if it has speakers so you can watch and listen independent of the Onkyo.

No Sound

try accessing your tv settings menu and look for audio settings. usually there is an adjustment that you can make for external audio speakers such as when hooking up to a sound amplifier or internal audio that accesses your internal tv speakers.

Proscan TV

Maybe, but I would first go into menu and look at audio settings and make sure speakers are on internal and not external or turn off.
Also just unplug for an hour and restart unit. Lastly, it may be cheaper to just attach a 100.00 surround sound system for audio.
