If its not something simple like a balance control in your player or a bad earbud (try a different set of earbuds w/a 3.5mm jack).

Then try this:

Theres no mention of a balance function in my Itech manual. It could be a loose solder connection on the board. Thats a common thing to happen with and circuit board mounted hardware that goes out of the unit. I.e. to your ears. Ever so slightly move the earbud jack back and forth, up and down and see if you hear static or the volumes change. If so theres 2 things to try....

First try some contact cleaner, spray it on the male jack and plug it in and out of the unit a few times for a simple try at it.

If it still has imbalance then take the cover off, for the jack side of the unit, resolder the little pins of the inside jack to the board (on the backside of the board). Or find someone that can. These units are worth a few bucks to repair IMO.

Hope this Helps

If the stereo earphone output socket is in tact (not broken), most likely the problem maybe the Earphone-cord is broken.

How do I pair my phone to my blue tooth

Connecting a Bluetooth headset or car kit You can listen to music over a Bluetooth stereo headset, or have hands-free conversations using a compatible Bluetooth headset or car kit. It's the same procedure to set up stereo audio and hands-free.
  • For you to listen to music with your headset or car kit, the headset or car kit must support the A2DP Bluetooth profile.
  • Before you connect your headset, you need to make it discoverable so your phone can find it. You can find out how to do this by referring to your headset manual.
  1. From the Home screen, press MENU, and then tap Settings > Wireless & networks.
  2. Tap Bluetooth settings.
  3. If the Bluetooth check box is not selected, select it to turn Bluetooth on.
  4. Make sure that the headset is discoverable.
  5. Tap Scan for devices. Your phone will start to scan for Bluetooth devices within range.
  6. When you see the name of your headset displayed in the Bluetooth devices section, tap the name. Your phone then automatically tries to pair with the headset.
  7. If automatic pairing fails, enter the passcode supplied with your headset.
The pairing and connection status is displayed below the hands-free headset or car kit name in the Bluetooth devices section. When the Bluetooth headset or car kit is connected to your phone, the Bluetooth connected icon is displayed in the status bar. Depending on the type of headset or car kit you have connected, you can then start using the headset or car kit to listen to music and/or make and receive phone calls.

Left ear of headphones volume low

Out of the box or before using it, you have to charge the headset for about 4hrs or until no light on the headset (red if it's charging). Then try using it again play around with the volume. If you encounter the same thing then you have to replace it at the store.

Motorola S9 headset plays music in one ear

I had the same problem with a Samsung phone. There are two ways of fixing this; First, you can remove the S9 profile from your phone's bluetooth list, and then add it again, going through pairing and entering 0000 on your phone when asked for the code.
Alternatively, you might try pressing the "play" button on the right earpiece on the Motorola S9. This is supposed to kick it into the A2DP stereo mode for music listening.
Good luck.
And get a copy of the manual from the Motorola web site at http://direct.motorola.com/ens/s9/Headset_Home.asp I found this very handy for checking what the little flashing lights mean. When you get stereo reception, the little LED in the middle of the headset flashes green, not the usual blue and red and purple for voice calls.
In case you didn't know, as a phone headset, with the microphone activated, you only get sound in your left ear, and the light flashes blue. For music, you get both ears, and it flashes green. So if it ain't green, you are in mono mode.

Not automatically connecting?

you'll need a stereo bluetooth (A2DP) headset...

your headset/handsfree profile will only play single channel (mono) stuff... i upgraded from an H700 to a Jabra BT8040 which will play my media... you can also try the Moto S9, people have seemed to like that one too... __________________

Blue Tooth Stereo Headphones and KRZR

From what I can tell and after researching the same issue it is the KRZR. I called both Verizon tech support and my bluetooth tech support.
There is no solution
If you notice some of the functions in the Blue tooth Pairing/connection menu functions don't even work. (The on off for instance and the settings) After it is paired. I tried my bluetooth with other phones and it works fine.
I am going to the Verizon store to complain untill i get a different model.

In short the KRZR software is defective
