I put the dvd in, but don't have any sound. have sound when I put in a video. the model # plv 3622, 22''
I found an audio amp IC and indicated on the top of the chips is CHMC S0723. It should have cross reference can be found in ECG semi-conductor guide or NTE ICs manual. The pin#12 is the Vcc in 12VDC, pin#6 & #7 are audio input L&R.
Other solution is just hook an RCA cord right into its audio out of this set to your receiver and it will works.
This trouble maybe power supply or inverter boards is defective.
