Does any one now how to ressurect the radio code to grt it workingon 1998 boxster

If you call up your local porche dealer you will be able to give them your vin number to the vehicle and they can tell you the code. Sometimes they will give it to you in the owners manual, its a seperate card that comes with the car, if you dont have that the only way is to call a tech at a porsche dealer

The radio will have to be removed from the dashboard.

Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels,barcodes or engraved in the metal casing.

Car radio does not have volume...says no pty?

Radio code needed


The radio will have to be removed from the car dashboard .Then please quote the SERIAL NUMBER...usually beginning with M + + + + + +

You will have no choice but to go to the dealership, bring your serial number with you and there is a fee involved. They can find the code for you.
