Question about Printers & Copiers
I'd like to be able to print a document in black and white even if there is some color on the original.
I don't have the manual for the printer so hopefully someone can help. Thanks.
Click "print" then go to the drag down menu that says "preview." go to "paper type/quality" and make sure it says "plain paper." then choose color: "grayscale." then click the "color options" tab and choose "black print cartridge only." if it is on the default paper setting of premium photo paper, it won't let you choose the black-only option. i don't know how to make the normal paper the default though because it won't save this on mine. so you have to go through these steps every time. unless anyone else knows??
