No its the problem of convergence stk ic in your projection tv.and yes you can do it your self if you have the knowledge of using soldering iron.

but if you find it difficult to do .do not take a risk of doing it yourself.as it will be dangerous .you can take it to repair center.aS it will not be too costly issue to get it repaired. thanks.
