Question about Syntax LT27HV 27 in. LCD HDTV
The picture is fine for about 20-30 min then the entire screen turns pink and it only goes away after i let it cool down then the same problem .
A "pink screen" is symptomatic of a weak CCFL (backlight). Flourescent lights 1st dim, then flicker, and finally die. There's not enough intensity for the other colors to get through the polarizer films. CCFLs are measured in millimeters (dia. x lng.) Try CCFLWarehouse.com but only if you're a techie!

It could either be a lcd control board or a main bd causing this problem
