Can't hear when making a call

When I make a phone call to someone they can hear me, but I can't hear them. I turned the volume all the way up, but still couldn't hear anything.

Same problem - I can go to speaker and finish the call and bluetooth will work. It can be solved by removing the battery and putting it back but it will occur agan the next time you switch the phone off and on again. There are 4 of these phones in my house and this one (the newest V3i) is the only one that does this.

You may have accidentally turned the volume right down. Try calling someone and when they answer, toggle up the volume using the navigation button.

Speaker too low, hard to hear. can i adjust volume?

What phone do you have?
On most phones there are buttons on the side to adjust volume.
There are also options for volume in your device's settings, under sound.
If it is hard to hear someone during a call you can turn on speaker mode which will make the sound a lot louder.

My problem is ringer volume i cant when someone is calling

Hi, when a phone has a ringer volume problem, is either the ringer of the phone is weak and you can't hear when someone calls you or the volume of the ringer is yet at a very low level in sound.

You will need to check the volume settings of the phone if the volume is low so you can increase it to a high level.

If the setting of the volume is high, that means the ringer that a makes you hear when people call is weak and will need to be replaced.

Any further question or comment, you can pass it on as comment.

Take care.

CAN'T HEAR MY PHONE RING WHEN SOMEONE CALLS ME I HAVE TO PUT THE PROFILE ON VIBRATE

Each of your profiles can be set to different ring tones and different volumes, so whatever profile you have your phone set to, make sure you have it on a ring tone you can hear, and make sure the volume is turned up. Let me know if this doesn't work.
