Question about Minolta DiALTA Di620 All-In-One Laser Printer
Power off the machine. Then remove the toner bottle, be careful the hole might be on the bottom and the toner is going to go everywhere. Then close the toner cover and turn on the machine. Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner bottle correctly. If THE KNUB on the side of the bottle is damage put a new one in. That KNUB is what the toner motor uses to turn the bottle, if it damaged you get a code. If that does not work you might have a bad motor or the home sensor or actuator for the toner bottle is bad worse case the control board is bad.

There were two minolta print controllers that came on the DI-520/620, which were the PI-6000 and then followed by the PI-6200. Neither of these controllers would allow you to scan.
You can however scan with the AHT or OneRip Controller for this machine.
So, to answer your question.............. Yes you can.
