Question about ASUS Eee 4G Notebook
I have just bought an asus netbook trying to connect it to my wireless connection. I have clicked on connection it says it is connecting to our modem then i get a message saying windows unale to find a certificate log. My modem does need a wep code before you can enter it but my asus netbook is not asking me for one it just keeps coming up with that message. can anyone please help. (not a computer buff so any info will have to be for a learner) many thanks
If you open your Network window from the start menu, at the top you will see "Add a wireless device". Follow the instructions and this should get your wireless connection with WEP key add. (When you select your router, you will need the WEP key at hand. You can get this by going to the web page of your routers IP address.) Good Luck.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
