What kind of microwave oven is this? A counter-top model or an over-the-range microwave? Do you have a brand and model number? And which light bulb do you want to replace - the cavity light bulb, or the bottom light(s) of an OTR microwave?
Buy a different brand of Microwave. This is ridiculous! We are now buying a new microwave - a different brand, one that has a light bulb that is easy to change
It could be either a separate door switch for the light that's gotten crufty (sometimes just cleaning them makes them serviceable) of the microwave that needs to be reset. Just check for tripped circuit breakers, since you've already unplugged the thing to swap the bulb (I expect.) Then check your bulb's continuity, then check the socket and switch functions if things aren't sorted.
You were sold defective bulbs? Check the continuity on them. If they are good, compare bases, you may have bulbs with a base that is preventing it making contact.

Most likely you're going to have to dismount the microwave and remove the outside cover to get to the bulb. This is a fair amount of work but is not rocket science. I'm not famliar with your particular microwave, but it's probably that way. If it's any comfort to you, light bulbs are usually not covered by warranties or service contracts.
It won't hurt to run the microwave without a bulb.
first remove mains cord from main power. and remove the microwave oven top cover and check the bulb and crefully remove the old bulb and put new bulb. at high voltagae section dont touch any thing ,that area very dangerous ,thats why very carefully work inside the microwave oven ..
