Upgrade maps I bought this about three years ago. I need to upgrade maps and do not know how to up grade the new maps. Thanks for your response.

I have the 1490LMT also and all the maps I have found on this unit and others are usually a year behind or more with new road changes. That is why I bought a LMT unit, because I did not want to pay for outdated maps on my 265WT any longer. This is a problem with most Gps units sold. May be if more people write to Garmin and complain they may do something. I have attached a link to Garmin for you to let them know.

You will only get a free update on a new device if you install tomtom home on your computer and login withing the first 2-3 months of purchasing your device. Also, if you purchased a device that is "refurbished" or "recertified" then you do not get this free update and your map can be up to about a year and a half old. In this case, you would have to purchase a map update. To update you will have to install TomTom Home on your computer (download from TomTom.com) and login. You can typically purchase one update for about 45 USD or purchase a year of updates for just a little more (like 59.99 USD). A "year of updates" gives you an updated map each quarter for one year. I don't know that I would have bought a TomTom for use outside of North America or the UK. Sorry.

After contacting Harman Kardon on your behalf, this was their response:

"The map updates for the GPS810 unit are not available since this unit has been discontinued . Sorry for the inconvenience."

go to the Garmin site and pay for the new edition and using the logoin details from the vcard supplied with your unit to log in

I just found out there is only one solution to this problem. We have to buy a new GPS. A customer service Rep just told me that there are no updates available. Call 1-800-421-5013

I was told By Sanyo that map updates would be available thur the Sanyo site later this summer and to keep ckecking..

I am not sure if there is an upgrade CD or not. I looked briefly around on google but was unable to find one. That doesn't mean there isn't one, though. But, I do know that if they are pretty new places, they most likely will not show up anyway. I know a neighborhood that was built about 3 years ago (still not finished though) and still none of the streets or anything show up on map quest, google maps, or on any GPS's.

I would like to order new maps for mine GPRS-ICN 330. I am interested bought new maps from the countries like:Holland,Spain, France, Germany, Belgian. I need to upgrade mine GPRS navigation (new maps).

And tell me it's possible to have them in Polish language?

Tell me where I can bought them because when I looking in yours web site I can't find the products what I need.
