What cellular service do you have? Because if you have a sim it could be a problem with that, if you don't then you should take it to the nearest place for your service, and they should be able to do it for you.

This error generally occurs if the sim is not detected by the phone or if the sim is not in service. Try using another sim or using this sim with other phone.

Transfer phonebook to computer motorola W230

If you have a Motorola W230 and you don't know how to backup your contacts in the phone memory, I found a quick way to transfer it in quick steps, instead of doing it one by one. I wrote a guide to do it at this link!

How do i copy a phone book for the Uniden DECT1560 cordless phone

Kathy,
This should do the trick!

Copying Phonebook Entries to Another Handset:
You can transfer one phonebook entry at a time or all phonebook entries at once.
1) With the phone in standby, press the address book icon.
2) To copy one entry, find the phonebook entry you want to copy, press Menu /Select , and then select Copy.
To copy all entries, press Menu /Select and then select Copy All.
3) Move the cursor to select the handset which you want to transfer the entries to and then press Menu /Select .
If you select Copy All, Are you sure? appears on the display screen. Move the cursor to select Yes, and then
press Menu /Select .
4) The phonebook entries will be transferred to the designated handset. During the copy process, the receiving handset shows Receiving and the ID of the sending handset.
5) When the transfer is completed, Done! appears on the handset.

Notes: • The handsets must be currently connected to the same base.
• If the handset you want to transfer to already has seventy entries in its phonebook, you will hear a beep and Not enough memory in receiving unit appears on the display.
• If the selected handset is out of range or data transfer is cancelled, Unavailable appears in the display, Phonebook listings will not be transferred.

Have Fun!!

Hi I have sonicstage ve2 and when trying to transfer a cd to the program it comes up read cd error this also happens on my laptop. I downloaded the new update and i have stil the same problem. also it...

Hi.

The Sonicstage Ve2 CD may be dirty or defective.

If you get CD error on different computer, contact the software company (Sony) at the number that you will find on Sonicstage documentation.

You can also contact the nearest Sony service center, as stated on the backside of the warranty card.

Here also a web page with global contact list for Sony software support: http://www.sony.jp/products/overseas/contents/info.html#info02

They will send you a replacement product as soon as possible, as stated on warranty terms and conditions.

When i turn on my e system 4213 laptop. keeps coming up with error message operating system not found. please help

Hi make sure you have no usb pen drives, floppy disks, or cdroms inserted then switch on the machine. If you still get the same error then your hard disk drive has malfunctioned or corrupted. If you have a restore cd or DVD insert this and restart the machine you may get an error message stating your hard disk drive is not found if it has malfunctioned.

Iphone phonebook transfer

I got a solution:

Used hardware:

Pioneer DEH-P65BT
Jailbroken!! Iphone 3g FW: 3.1.2.
Mac or PC (addressbook on Mac or Outlook on Win)

Steps:

- Sync your contacts trough Itunes with your PC or Mac
- Go to addressbook on Mac (or Outlook on win) and export all your contacts to a vcf file (Called Vcards in addressbook)
- Copy the vcf file to your Iphone (iphoneExplorer / SSH / DiskAid or other solution)
- Download iBluetooth (I used it from the Xsellize source)
- Set up you radio to PhoneBook Transfer (Your phone is not connected to the radio at this point)
- In iBluetooth browse to the VCards.vcf and send it to the Pioneer unit.
- It now says transfer done and the phonebook is stored.

Posted this because it took me days to get it working. Haven't found a working solution on the net.

Also transfering the phonebook from another phone isn't a solution because however the phonebook will be stored it won't be usable by your iphone. The pioneer registers the phonebook to a device so it's absolutely necesarry to transfer it from the actual iphone (or send it from a laptop with a spoofed BT-Mac that matches your iphone)

Good luck!
