Question about Dell Computers & Internet
DELL Latitude machine. Using entrust and secure remote checkpoint vpn to connect to the firewall and then entrust provides the pass to get into the company network. My user is having a problem 1664 the directory is unavailable. The server is up and running so the directory is available. Logging in to the firewall server I can see that the user has managed to pass fine via VPN. Only Entrust seems unable to reach the directory. Any ideas?
This is a known issue with Entrust, and normally happens if your communication via VPN is not using the IKE over TCP. Please select it. Also if necessary replace the ini file of Entrust, corruption of the ini file is known to cause the same error.
hope this helps if it does please rate it.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
