I have recently upgraded to win mobile 6 and everything is working great. The only problem that i seem to have is when i shut the phone down and turn it back on the home screen reverts to another home screen file.
The file it goes to is always the same. Is there a way to set a home screen file as default?
I have the exact same problem with my Dash. Did you find a way to fix it. Thanks. thomas_chapa@yahoo.com

He's not- from the description of the problem I assume he has a T-Mobile Dash which just had a WM6 upgrade ROM released.
His problem is a known bug with the upgrade- (one of three critical bugs! The others are that reminders are silenced forever if the "vibrate" profile is selected, and full screen media player videos play in the wrong orientation, IIRC.)
Work arounds for all three have been covered at xda-developers.com, and t- mobile.howardforums.com.

I actually found the problem. Its an issue with the my5 favs module that t-mo uses. I found out how to correct it and also found loads of info now for the screens and plugin ids.

The way I turn it off is hitting the power button on the side and choose power off. Also are there any help files about the xml coding for the home screen files? Ive been working it out little by little, but i cant seem to find the plugin ids.
