you can do scrubbing on the stick foil.

better to remove the area which the foil stick, then scrub it/

NOTE: do not use a self cleaning feature on your oven! this will damage the unit.

after such scrubbing, and paint / coating can be also removed.

    • in this case all you have to do is paint. using a metallic base spray paint will do

You may have to scrub it off using something that will not destroy the bottom material.

Mistakenly placed foil on bottom of oven. Pulled out foil and noticed minor damage to lining. What is the impact of this and does it need to repaired or replaced

Other than the appearance of the bottom liner I don't think you did any other damage. You probably just melted some of the foil to the liner. Just keep and eye on it the next few times you bake something. If for some reason the liner coating starts to come off more every time you use the oven---then it probably will need fixed. This would require replacing the complete oven liner if the bottom is not removable as a single part.

Tin foil was melted to the top of one of my wife's and my electric stove burner coils. I was able to remove most of the foil but there is still some stuck to the burner and will not come off from scraping...

Use a fine grit sandpaper. Don't scrub too hard, you may scrub through the heating element. Take it slow and easy -- may take a while.

I used aluminum foil in the base of the oven, the foil is stock in their, i need to know how to get it out.

From everything I have read, you probably used non-stick aluminum foil which has a light teflon coating. The coating melts and ahderes to the oven surface at temperatures 350F and greater.
Many people have had the same problem. The closest to a solution I could find was in a forum where the user says...

"I did the same thing last night and freaked because the oven is only about a month old. I called Sears and this is what they said to do:

BE CAREFUL, remove as much of the foil as possible
Turn oven on to 200 lay an old wet bath towel on top
Use a plastic spatular to remove the foil

They said it will take sometime to remove the foil, in some cases
days, and that you can still use the oven but DO NOT use the self
cleaning untill all the foil is removed."

Unfortunately, several people reported they were never able to remove the foil. Best of luck.

Melted Tin Foil in bottom of oven

Unfortunately, it's too late. The tin foil has melted into the panel and can't be removed. You should never place anything on the bottom of a stove that has a hidden element. You WILL damage the panel. The only option you have is to replace the panel or the entire oven liner...

Melted Tin Foil in bottom of oven

Use "The Works Toilet Bowl Cleaner" to dissolve the foil. *Caution* when the cleaner is applied to the foil a chemical reaction occurs releasing some harmful fumes so please use outside or in a well ventilated area. I just did this to a Frigidaire oven I bought from Lowes at a discounted price. The previous owners bought it, did not read the owners manual or just disregarded the warnings on using foil in the oven and thought they would line the bottom pan with foil to help make it easier to clean (Good idea, but don't try it on the hidden element ovens). With the heating element being hidden under the drip pan the heat is hot enough to melt the foil and fuse it to the pan. Now most of the pans on these ovens are removable by just a couple of screws and I strongly recommend removing the pan when doing this. Squirt some Works toilet bowl cleaner on it in a well ventilated area and watch it go to work. It took about 15 minutes for it to dissolve all the foil on my oven, then I rinsed it clean and reinstalled it in the oven. The pan does have a slight discoloration on it, not from the cleaner but from the foil being melted onto the pan, if you choose you can buff this out. Most of the modern ovens have the ceramic coated drip pans in them so the Works toilet bowl cleaner will not harm them, unless you have scratched the finish off. Works Toilet bowl cleaner contains a fair amount of hydrochloric acid which is what makes this work so well.
