I want to be able to send and have my e mails delivered , from my account which is reportedly suspended for a month.

It is a virus and has nothing to do with fixya
people drive us potty with accusations and anger expressed at the volunteers that try to answer questions that have no meaning
IF you are no computer savvy , I suggest that you take it to a computer repair shop and have the hard drive scrubbed to remove the virus or malware , then pay for a good anti-virus system protection such as Kaspershy to prevent future attacks

How do I return to my yahoo home page

At the top of your browser enter www.yahoo.com then hit enter depending on your browser you are usuing find your options then find the tab for setting your home page then click use current page or type in www.yahoo.com in the field...if you save and exit the browser and come back the next day or later and you hit home button and it doesn't take you to yahoo you might have an adware or virus and should take it to your computer shop or if you are computer savvy you could download adaware or spybot search and destroy or just use the antivirus you have installed...if not computer savvy as this question seems to portray...contact a computer expert you go to when your computer is sick and have them fix it. Good luck

Computer shuts down intermittently

It can be due to a virus or some new application, software that you updated on the computer.Try to do a virus check using Antimalware bytes that you can simply download from searching google. If not fixed try going to safe mode with networking ( You can goto safe mode with networking by - restart your computer and start pressing the F8 button repeatedly till you get the new boot options menu) and then restore your computer to an earlier date which would fix the issue.

You can get reliable support by contacting TheBestPcDoctor. I have had great experience with them.It may be some configuartion issue. If you need online support, you can contact TheBestPcDoctor.I got great help from them and now I am a

Some of my keyboard buttons are typing numbers when i press a letter. what do i do?

This issue could be from viruses. I have come across a few viruses that switched around a few of the keys from letters to numbers. Have a technician or someone you know who's computer savvy do some virus removal on your laptop.

Also, make sure that the Fn key isn't activated. Sometimes haven't that activated will turn letters into numbers without you even knowing.

Hope this helps.

Think point security screen comes up and I cant get access to the internet. how do I fix this?

This a virus! If you don't have important files better to revert it back to factory settings. When the system restore option is still accessible you can try this as a quickfix
If you're a computer savvy person try deleting these files and entries, else call IBM Thinkpad software support: %UserProfile%\Application Data\hotfix.exe %UserProfile%\Application Data\thinkpoint.exe

Remove the following associated registry entries:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PAV HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run "thinkpoint" HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon "Shell" = "%Documents and Settings%\[UserName]\Application Data\hotfix.exe"

Hello,
I think ,you dd not fomat all the drive, Please delete all the partition, and create new partition .The reason is virus alwayas stayed in the system volume information .If you want to save your data, can go in another way, download hiren boot bootable iso file and create bootable dsk and boot from cd .

Please create the disk through BURN IMAGE TO DISK option under any nerro.Downlkoad the file from following link,
http://www.hiren.info/how-to-burn-iso

Now you will boot from cd and select windows xp
,from this live xp, you will delete RECYCLER, and system volume information from every partition .and again you install widows xp.
If the live xp does not run ,think their was serias virus so scan by f secure bootable disk. ,Download from following link.and create the ISO file same process.
http://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/support/installers
If same as before please zero fill the hard disk.

I had created a Meez and I did not save it, now my computer is telling me that I have to download a link in order for it to work. If I download this link it may cause a virus to my desktop

While it's true that any link may give you a virus there are what are called false positives. These are incorrect virus alerts created by your computer or your antivirus system. If you trust the website you are downloading from, then downloading may be safe, however unless you are computer savvy you may want to get someone who is more knowledgeable than you at computers to evaluate the risk in your particular case.

It sounds like a fake warning alright. You should have a professional check it out. Malware removal is best done by a pro because often unwanted side-effects show up after removal, such as disabled network access. If you feel confident about fixing it yourself, try downloading the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from http://www.malwarebytes.org/. Perform the Quick Scan. This will take a few minutes. If it finds anything, then follow the prompts to fix it. Reboot if prompted to do so. Then also follow up with Perform Deep Scan afterward to double-check that everything got removed. Deep Scan can take much longer (hours). This should work. I suggest it with the best intentions, but if other problems arise, I disclaim any responsibility.
