I strongly appreciate your advice I am a boy lived in Nigeria in West Africa. My brother in Malaysia bought this laptop last year december but it came with wireless installed on it without any external wireless adapter and i have used it for some times. my system got virus and i formated it. Since then that i have been trying to re-install it back without that External Wireless adapter. Or can it not work again without External wireless adapter? I wan to be using it without any external adapter. please help me I still need your caring help. i do not want my brother to know that it has that problem because i specially order for acer 4530.

If your laptop is the 4520, you need to download and install one of the wireless drivers (last 2 on the list) from http://www.laptops-drivers.com/acer-notebooks/free-download-driver-acer-aspire-4520.html (Check to see which one your laptop has, in Control Panel/System/Hardware/Device Manager.
