Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-N1 Digital Camera
I want to delete all the pictures at once instead of one at a time
Here's a little more detail... connect the camera to your computer; turn your camera on; switch cable connection to "camera"; in the pop up box select "Copy pix to a ... using Micro Scan & Camera Wizard" and press "OK"; in the next box select "advance users only"; Double click the "DCIM" file; double click the next file; and if you want all the pix gone select the first photo press "Shift" then select the last photo; right click either photo; then press delete. All gone.... Hope this helps.

On the camera its easy. Just goto Menu -> Setup. Goto the 3rd menu by clicking the down arrow 2 times (its looks like a little memory stick). There is a menu item called 'Format'. click that and it will delete all the pictures on the camera.
You can also just format individual albums as well. (4th menu)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
