Xp cd is is already a bootable disc. but if you want your pen drive to be bootable copy the xp on your pen drive. then configure your cmos and make removable device as your primary boot device.

By making the image of our window through ghost in our pen drive.when u want to install the window u can install window through ghot and give the path of pen drive.thnx.and rate me plz.

You will need to access the BIOS/CMOS and make sure the USB boot option is there and enabled. Then you will have to change the priority of the option to come before your hard drive. If you tell me what kind of machine you have I can tell you how to get to the BIOS.
