Depends on the cable you have. Most likely just a USB cord.

Dx4530 dital camera with docking

Consider NOT docking the camera.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa.

I lost the software disc for my easyshare c613 can you help??

Hello,

Here is the software for the camera:

EasyShare Software

  1. Verify that your computer meets the system requirements. NOTE: APPLE QUICKTIME Player is required for some software features. Visit APPLE to download the latest version of the QUICKTIME Player.
  2. Disconnect all accessory devices from your computer (digital camera, camera dock, printer dock, photo printer, card reader, etc.).
  3. Verify that you logged on to the computer using the administrator account.
  4. Close all programs.
  5. Download the software.
  6. When the download is complete, select Start > Programs > Kodak > Kodak EasyShare > Kodak Easyshare software.

I had my Kodak camera for awhile and haven't had any trouble with it but now i can't transfer any of my pictures to my computer without it saying can't import pictures there is an error

Try transferring pictures bypassing the camera: transfer them directly form the memory card. If the computer does not have a card reader, you can buy a USB card reader in any store selling cameras.

Cannot download pictures from my camera to my computer

I would download the free software from Google to store your pictures at www.googlepicasa3.com .Then plug the cable into the pc then switch on the camera. Then click import when the download has finished and you should see a box with the name of your camera in it,just click that and your pictures should download into the library. Downlaod to a laptop computer

Hey randster,
You could use a card reader that connects to a USB port, and use the picture management software that comes with most operating systems. You could also contact the manufacturer and they should be able to get you the USB cord for your camera and often they can provide the software for free. I hope this helps!

Sincerely,
Allan

Docking station does not synchronise

Possible faulty connection between docking station and camera. Depending on age of the camera- send it back for replacement from the seller or contact Casio. Does this model have a removable memory card? If so invest in a card reader - very cheap and more reliable than docking stations.

Pictures not transferred to the computer

The cause and solution may include one of the following: The AC adapter or USB cable is not securely connected. Check the connections, and then try transferring pictures again. Kodak EasyShare software is not installed. Install the software. There are too many programs running on the computer. Close all software programs and try transferring pictures again. The camera was removed from the dock during picture transfer. Replace the camera on the dock, and press the Transfer button. The Transfer button was not pressed. Press the Transfer button.
