Bluetooth device software

Good day. i have problem with my laptop, in the desktop always pop up = "need to install bluetooth peripheral device software", i can receive files thru other bluetooth device, but i cannot send to them. my bkue tooth is enabled, but in my device manager, it says that there is no device software installed, what will i do? below is the report from window, hope it could help.

Problem caused by SyncML This problem was caused by a compatibility issue between this version of Windows and SyncML.
This product is usually distributed by the company that manufactured your device or computer.
Note
If you bought SyncML from a retailer and installed it yourself, you will need to contact its manufacturer.
Recommendation

To find out if a solution or an updated version of SyncML is available, go online to your computer manufacturer’s website:
Broadcom Corporation Hello,

The problem was “kind of” solved. Before, I was getting the “Found New Hardware” message twice (It would reappear after I would cancel it). Now it is appearing only once.
I thought that if I ran through those steps once again, uninstalling the old driver and installing the new, perhaps I could have gone down from one "Found New Hardware" message to zero messages, but it didn't work.
Do you have any other suggestions?

Thank you,

JMT

Not having bluetooth peripheral device drivers problem encountering when i start my bluetooth

~To download the manufacturers and therefore the correct drivers or specific software;

Always get your drivers from the manufacturer of your Laptop, Notebook or Desktop.

If you were to log on to the www.hp.com web site, usually one is able to download if available, by model number, All available Driver downloads as required.

If the driver is not available, perhaps your manufacturer does not support the OS you are installing.

This is the best way of ensuring up to date drivers for your system and they are free of charge!
.

I hope this helps.

I couldnot find my bluetooth device on my laptop i have succesfully installed bluetooth driver but when i open the my bluetooth places it is asking bluetooth device not found

if it is like my Aspire7110..it is compatible with bluetooth...but has no reciever or transmitter...it only has the capability handling software drivers to accomodate functioning with bluetooth..you may need to either add a peripheral USB device to send and recieve bluetooth signal...or do a search of internal hardware and enable the hardware that allows it to function... ...let me caution you though on using multiple types radio signals for sending and recieving DATA. at the same time....it seems to carry the possibility of confusing WI_FI signals and other wireless instruments that you may be utilizing...so it may be a good idea to disable your wireless during the time that you are utilizing bluetooth..(just a suggestion)...
enjoy your bluetooth experience..lol

Just install Laptop updater software as this problem seems to like that you are using the lower version of bluetooth driver. just go through the below link and download the updater. and after that connect the laptop to internet it will automatically installed all drivers.
