i just used my laptop this morning, after that i shut it down. but when i came home to use it again,... it just wont work!! it wont turn on!! i tried charging the bat, it was ok. but still it wont turn on. please give me some info how to repair. tnx. my unit is Acer Extensa 5620

Are you getting any lights at all or is the laptop totally dead?

- I had the same problem. Now it won't even let me log on. Just goes to a black screen and sits there. My computer repair guy says its caused from the hard drive over heating. This problem will keep happening until your HD is eventually fried. His suggestion --- get another laptop. This one, he says, can actually get hot enough to catch on fire.- moonbug
