Since the wireless light is not glowing what we can do is we can go ahead and reset the wireless router,
look at the bottom of the router and you will see the routers labelling,check where the reset button is located,it will be on the back where you have the port,use a paper clip or something that is pointed and hold it down for about 30 sec you will see that all the lights will blink on the router,leave the reset button after that power off the router for 60 sec and then power it on....check if the wireless light is on....it shud be on now..

The blue light indicates the wireless network is working, it is just that nothing is connecting through it.

The internet icon should be solid green or blinking green which shows it is connected to the Internet, if not connect your ISP.

How do i hard reset the n600 wireless router to set the defaults

take a look at the back of the device. there is a tiny hole between the usb and the wifi button. use something suitable to push the button inside (pen, paper clip) and hold 5 seconds (until the power light begins to blink). release the button and wait for the router to boot up and you are with factory defaults settings.
def username is admin
def password is password
def ip address is 192.168.1.1
you can also access the router by typing www.routerlogin.net or .com

Hello mccree08,

The installed network adapters can be viewed in the windows device manager which can be accessed through the windows control panel as follows:
