Hello Sir, just open the ups, and you can see the battery inside. after you open, pull out the battery, then look for the voltage rating, it is located on the battery itself

thank u,

I would like to record my own song without any pre-set chords, drums etc. Is this possible.

Please advise what model of keyboard you have purchased. Some do not allow recording without accompaniment. I might be able to help.

Can I add a turntable to my sehd501 technics system

All you need to add any deck is a spare phono socket on the system. This just needs to be two RCA jacks that will take either tape or CD type inputs. Even if you do not have a spare socket, due to it being used by something like a CD player. Then it's possible to get a switching box so you can connect both to the one socket. You will however also need to purchase a Magnetic Cartridge Pre-amp. This will connect between the deck and the spare socket. Otherwise the sound from the deck will be very low.
This will not be needed if the system does have a dedicated socket for a record player.
None of these accessories are expensive. And can be found on Amazon.

Shure beta 57A ..low recording volume from acoustic piano ...Directly to laptop no mixer used

are you using an interface?
Your level will be always be lower if you are going straight in.
Your interface and mixer will help you get the correct level in to your system before recording and also shaping the sound after the recording. You just need to get more gain up in there

Need repairs on Technics SX-PX103-M Model.

Have you had any luck with your Technics piano? I've got the same piano and Mine does not work either. No lights on the control panel, only red power light comes on. Does yours have any led lights besides the power light that come on? I've investigated and I have learned a lot from this piano. 4 main boards. Im pretty sure I've got it down to one board. Interested in selling me any boards from your Piano??

I PURCHASED A LIKE NEW TECHNICS SL BD27 TURNTABLE. I HOOKED THE RCA AUDIO JACKS TO THE AUDIO INPUT ON MY SONY TV AND GET VERY LOW SOUND LEVEL WHEN TV VOLUME CONTROL IS AT MAX. REPLACING CARTRIDGE AND...

Yes you need a pre amp

It would also be the same if you connected it to a computer to record an LP to CD. Mine is a little different and has one already built in that I can switch in and out of line.

Try spend a little more if you can as many pre amps can introduce noise.

You may also want to check that the turntable is properly grounded to prevent noise too

No sound from my SCEH790 system from turntable...

Hi...
The aux wont work on a TT . You need a turntable pre-amp. Then you can plug it into the aux jacks.

Instruction manual for ministry of sound mixing decks

What are Ministry of Sound mixing decks? I am familiar with MOS, but was not aware they manufactured mixing decks?

Are you connecting these to a DJ mixer, or a Home Receiver?

If it's going through a home receiver, make sure you have them connected to the PHONO input on your receiver. If your receiver does not have a phono input, and you are connecting to the LINE IN or AUX IN section on the rear, you will not hear much. Most turntables require a pre-amplified signal, and only the PHONO input has this option. So, you will need to purchase a PHONO PRE-AMP, and connect your turntable to it, then connect the PHONO pre-amp to the LINE IN.

If you are connecting to a DJ mixer... same thing. Make sure you have them connected to the PHONO INPUT on the mixer. If you still don't get anything, then there might be something wrong with your mixer.

If you could clarify you exact set up, and the EXACT models, we can help you better.

** sound

First and foremost, make sure you plug into directly to the PHONO input of your receiver. If your unit does not have a PHONO input, then you wont be able to hear much coming from the unit. The PHONO input is a pre-amplified input, and this turntable requires an amplified input in order to transmit it's signal correctly. Just using an AUX or LINE IN will not have enough power to increase the signal of the turntable. You have the option of purchasing a PHONO PRE-AMPLIFIER (range in price from US$15-30), or purchasing a new receiver with a PHONO INPUT!

If you have it connected to your phono input, and still no sound, your turntable may have either faulty RCA cables (red/white cables), or a bad tonearm - in either case will need to be replaced.

Hope this helps.
