I have the CD for Autopunch 200 but, for the life of me, I can't find my Key. I can burn a disk for you that have lost your disk or your disk wont work if anyone out there has a Key. I must have tossed the CD Jacket when I combined my disks with all the other disks for my machine without realizing the Key was on it. I'm stuck.

Teamjenny, did anyone ever help you out with this? I have a defective CD for AutoPunch, and it has a key - I presume it would work. I would be happy to send you that key if you would help me out by burning a copy of your Autopunch CD.
I originally thought I was having problems downloading the software but it turned out that I received the CD with the extras (Autopunch, autofont, etc.) and not the basic installation software. While talking with Customer Service at Singer about my installation problem, they realized I had the wrong CD. They sent me the installation hardware. I had to send them a copy of my invoice for the sewing machine I purchased. Contact them at 1-800-4Singer or www.singerco.com for customer support. They were really great to work with.
Go to www.futura-support.com , click on Service Updates in the left hand column, and then click on: Click here to read detailed installation instructions. Print it out and follow the procedures. You also need to download the patch at the top of the screen.
I found a solution that seemed to work for my setup (Vista-Futura 200): Go to the Futura support site www.futura-support.com . Choose "Service Updates" from the left-hand Menu. Choose "Quantum® FUTURA™ (CE-200) Owners running Windows XP Service Pack 2 operating system WITH one or more of the Options (AutoPunch, CrossStitch, PhotoStitch, and HyperFont) installed". Look for the bullet-point list in the explanations. It says there: "If you own the AutoPunch Option and you could not successfully install it, download the Service Update by clicking here." Select the highlighted link, download the patch and install it. Worked fine for me, I hope it helps you, too.
